Dr. Amesh Adalja, M.D., is a senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins University Centre for Health Security. He also serves on the City of Pittsburgh's HIV Commission and on the advisory group of AIDS Free Pittsburgh. He is board certified in internal medicine, emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and critical care medicine. His work is focused on emerging infectious disease, pandemic preparedness, and biosecurity. Dr. Adalja is currently a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America's (IDSA's) Diagnostics Committee and its Precision Medicine Working Group.

Dr. Tariq Mughal, MD joined Foundation Medicine in February 2015 as a leader in hematology. He has held senior leadership roles in centers of excellence for the treatment of cancer, as well as primary referral centers, in the UK, USA and Saudi Arabia. Dr. Mughal has published over 120 peer reviewed papers, 30 cancer text book chapters and 13 cancer books. He is the recipient of a number of awards, including those from the UK Royal College of Physicians, American College of Physicians, Swiss humanitarian groups and in 2014 was awarded the Highly Commendable British Medical Association Cancer Book Award. Currently he is a Professor of Hematology/Oncology at Buckingham University and Tufts University Medical Center and has clinics in London.
